Stayed in Bandra because a friend lives nearby. This is a lovely boutique hotel very central to shopping, restaurants, etc. All of the staff were charming and very helpful. The room was very nice - with a balcony, which was one of the reasons I chose this place so I could step outside to smoke. The whole place is kept spotless and a recent refurbish includes lots of nice design touches.
Breakfast buffet was great - with cooked to order eggs or omelets and an abundance of both Indian and western food choices. We hired the hotel car with a driver for a day to take us around the sites downtown - at a very reasonable price (about $40 USD). Also hired the car for the (very early AM) trip to the airport when we departed - I think that was about $25.
My only criticism is with the wi-fi policy - had to pay for a UserID which could only be used on two devices (originally only on one, but after asking, they gave us a second UserID). Between my travel partner and me, we had four devices that we would have liked to connect, but to use more than two we would have had to pay for a second set of two UserIDs. Seems kind of silly. Other than that small inconvenience, we loved this place.
Strategically located in Central Bandra and a short walk from major shopping and residential areas. We chose this serviced apartment as it was closer to our friends house. However at that time even Hyatt was cheaper.
Nonetheless it is a nice boutique-ish hotel and well kept. Bathroom space is a tad bit small compared and can get claustrophobic for a few. Staff are willing and friendly. Breakfast wasn't the best in terms of variety however can't complain about quality. Nonetheless it is a serviced apartment so you can even make your own.
